Taught by Igor Bobriakov, author of Production-Ready AI Agents. Live online, two 60-minute sessions a week apart, up to 15 people from one business unit and its architects. Bring your questions; no internal documents are shared, and the workshop teaches patterns rather than assessing your organisation.

Before session 1: a short form with the roles attending and three to five questions from the group.

Session 1 (60 min): which decisions, and who keeps control

Time Block What the group works through
0:00 Where AI fits in a business unit The difference between automating a task and handing over a decision, and why the second needs an operating model
0:10 Picking the decisions worth automating A pattern we teach for sorting decisions by how often they recur, what a wrong call costs, whether it can be undone, and whether the data exists
0:35 Where people keep control Delegated authority as a design choice: what the system may decide alone, within which limits, when it must ask, and who can take the authority back

Between sessions (about 30 min, on your own): place three of your own unit's recurring decisions on the sorting grid from session 1. Session 2 starts from them (send us the decision type and its grid position only).

Session 2 (60 min, a week later): running it and knowing it works

Time Block What the group works through
0:00 From sensing to learning The loop as a pattern: sense, decide, act, learn; where each step usually lives, who typically owns it, and where loops tend to break
0:20 Measuring whether it works Signals that show a delegated decision is working: decision quality, time to decide, how often people override, and what each costs to watch
0:40 Your questions Your group's pre-workshop questions and grid placements, answered as general patterns you can apply to your own unit
0:55 What to change on Monday One decision, one owner, one limit

Your group keeps: the slides, the decision-sorting grid, a delegated-authority template (decision, limit, escalation, who can revoke), a short list of signals to watch, and the recording of both sessions. Both sessions are recorded for your team's internal use only; we delete our copy whenever you ask, and in any case after 30 days.
