How it works

  1. Send your stack or attending roles and your questions.
  2. Work through the patterns in session one.
  3. Spend about 30 minutes on your self-check or decision grid.
  4. Return a week later for session two and your Monday change.

Start with the book and open lab

The production-agent workshop uses traces, evals and retries as teaching examples. The operating-model workshops use decision grids and authority patterns.

Before you ask for a date

How large is a group?

Up to 15 people. Smaller teams and multi-team sessions: ask us.

Do we share code or internal documents?

No. Bring questions. The workshops teach patterns rather than assess your systems or organisation.

Are sessions recorded?

Both sessions are recorded for your team's internal use only; we delete our copy whenever you ask, and in any case after 30 days.

Where and when do we meet?

Live online. Dates and time zones are agreed for your group.

What happens afterwards?

Further work is scoped separately. Monthly programmes and enterprise licences are separate formats; ActiveWizards builds production systems.
