Taught by Igor Bobriakov, author of Production-Ready AI Agents. Live online, two 60-minute sessions a week apart, up to 15 architects and platform, data or AI platform leads. Bring your questions; no architecture documents are shared, and the workshop teaches patterns rather than assessing your organisation.

Before session 1: the roles attending and three to five questions; no architecture documents are shared.

Session 1 (60 min): decisions and authority in the architecture

Time Block What the group works through
0:00 From agents to an operating model In our view, single agents stall when nobody owns which decisions the platform may take
0:10 Picking the decisions worth automating The same sorting pattern as variant B, read as a portfolio trade-off: which decisions earn platform investment first
0:35 Delegated authority as architecture Expressing limits, approvals, escalation and revocation as policy the platform enforces, not as a document

Between sessions (about 30 min, on your own): place three decisions your platform serves, or will serve, on the sorting grid. Session 2 starts from them (send us the decision type and its grid position only).

Session 2 (60 min, a week later): closing the loop

Time Block What the group works through
0:00 From sensing to learning The loop as a pattern: which events feed a decision, where the action lands, and how outcomes flow back to improve it
0:20 Measuring whether it works Platform-level signals: override rates, decision latency, drift between what was decided and what happened, and the cost of watching each
0:40 Your questions Your group's pre-workshop questions and grid placements, answered as general patterns you can apply to your own platform
0:55 What to change on Monday One decision, one owner, one enforced limit

Your group keeps: the slides, the decision-sorting grid, a policy template for delegated authority, a list of platform signals, and the recording of both sessions. Both sessions are recorded for your team's internal use only; we delete our copy whenever you ask, and in any case after 30 days.
