Privacy notice

What we collect when you ask for a workshop date or attend a session, and how long we keep it. Last updated November 2, 2026.

When you ask for a date

The form on Ask for a date collects your name, work email, company, team size, your stack, the month you prefer and anything else you write in it, plus the page you came from. We use it to reply, agree a date and run the workshop. The form is run by our forms provider.

We keep these details as long as we need them to arrange and deliver the workshop and to keep our business records. We delete them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

During the sessions

Sessions run on a video meeting platform. Both sessions are recorded for your team's internal use only; we delete our copy whenever you ask, and in any case after 30 days. Cameras are optional.

We don't ask for code, traces or internal documents, and the workshop doesn't need them.

When you browse this site

Our pages set no cookies of their own and we run no analytics. The form on Ask for a date is embedded from our forms provider, which sees your IP address. Pages load fonts from a fonts provider, which also sees your IP address.

Service providers

We use these categories of service providers, only for the purposes above: hosting, CDN and security; forms; video meetings; business email and storage. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Use the form and say it is a privacy request, or reply to any email from us. We respond within 30 days. Some requests depend on the law that applies to you; if we can't act on one, we say why.
