Workshop terms

The terms for a private team workshop. Last updated November 2, 2026.

Booking

Asking for a date through the form books nothing. A workshop is booked when we confirm the dates and the price to you in writing.

Price and payment

$2,500 per team (up to 15 people), unless the written confirmation says otherwise. We invoice when the dates are confirmed. Payment is due before the first session.

Rescheduling

You can move either session once at no charge if you tell us at least 5 business days before it. If we have to move a session, we offer new dates first; if none suit you, we refund what you paid for the sessions not yet delivered.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel 14 or more days before the first session: full refund.
  • Cancel less than 14 days before the first session: 50% refund, or move to new dates once at no charge.
  • After the first session starts: no refund for the sessions already delivered.
  • If we cancel: full refund of what you paid for sessions not delivered.

Recordings

Both sessions are recorded for your team's internal use only; we delete our copy whenever you ask, and in any case after 30 days. Don't publish or resell the recordings.

Materials

Slides, exercises and the self-check are for internal use by your team. You may not resell or republish them. We keep the rights to our materials; you keep the rights to anything your team brings.

Confidentiality

We don't ask for code, traces or internal documents. Anything your team says about its systems during the sessions stays confidential, and we don't name your company publicly without your permission.

Liability

The workshop is training, not a review or audit of your systems. Our total liability for a workshop is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Larger engagements

Monthly programmes, enterprise licences and multi-team sessions run under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

Who we are

Workshops are provided by WIZGROUP LLC, Wyoming, US. How we handle personal data is on Privacy notice. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it; a booked workshop keeps the terms in force when it was confirmed.
